Automatic Single Head Grinder for Slitters up to 20″ (22″ with slight modification)

Single Grinding head easily adjusts from -10° to +70° bevel angles. Automatically grind a wide variety of circular knives, including top and bottom slitters, and single and multiple bevels. Automatic knife rotation driven by geared motor at 20 RPM. Automatic infeed programmable per pass and total infeed.

Tool Holding
Because Circular knives vary significantly as to diameter, bore, bevel angle, and general configuration, Knife holding flanges are quoted at request. Generally Clamping Flanges run from $200 to $800.
Customers who are currently grinding circular knives on another machine, commonly find that they can use the clamping devices they already own. The CK500 comes standard with a 16mm shaft for holding the knives.
